What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we collect your first name, email address, profession, and state. If you use the get-covered flow to see sample rates, we collect the answers you give there: profession, date of birth, state, tobacco use, and which coverage types you’re interested in. If you complete an application for coverage, we collect the information you provide in that application to process it.
How we use it
We use your information to contact you about MyPulse as it launches, to generate the sample rates shown in the get-covered flow, and to process any application you choose to submit. We do not use your information for anything beyond that.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that run this site. Waitlist entries are stored in Airtable. Confirmation emails are sent through Resend. The site itself is hosted on Vercel. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside these service providers.
How long we keep it
While this site is in preview, we keep waitlist and quote information for as long as we need it to build and launch MyPulse. We’ll set a specific retention schedule before the site is publicly live, and this page will be updated to reflect it.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly. You can also ask us to delete the information we have about you. To do either, email us at the address below.
